INFORMATION

Training Expectations:
|
|
All swimmers to try to
attend at least 1 session every week. Arrive on poolside 10
minutes before session is meant to start to begin stretching routine. |

Equipment Required:
|
|
Float, Pull buoy,
Flippers. If you require any of these then the swim shop has all of
them for sale. Swim shop at Bon Accord pool on the first Sunday every
month. |

Promotion Requirements:
|
|
To be promoted to Aqua 5
squad – swimmers are required to be attending more than 80% of all
sessions. Good attitude and behaviour will also be considered.
Technique and skills level will be considered in promotion. |
